Serviq BPO Limited

Role
Software Engineer
Period
Jun 2026 — Present
Location
Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)

(Overview)

At Serviq BPO Limited I work on Joblee — an AI-powered hiring platform — and Paylio, a full-suite HRMS & payroll product, from requirements and technical design through development, deployment and ongoing maintenance.

I work across the full lifecycle — turning requirements into a technical design, architecting a Next.js frontend with FastAPI (Python) services over PostgreSQL and Redis, building and reviewing features, handling CI/CD and deployment, and keeping things reliable in production.
